Navigate your Niche

HELPFUL tips about connecting with your audience
  • Know your audience & speak their language.
  • Talk about what your audience cares about as it pertains to their pain, dreams and goals.
  • Share authentically and honestly in a relatable way.

Navigate your Niche: Discover your perfect person in the market

Welcome you beautiful peeps!
How do you discover who your target audience is (aka your people) - so that you can connect in an authentic, transparent and helpful way?
If we’re not specific about who we are connecting with, we can’t help them.
If you’re trying to connect with everyone, you’ll connect with no one.
Nobody will know what to come to you for.
First things first. Know your person.

HERE IS HOW YOU’RE GOING TO DETERMINE WHO YOUR PEOPLE ARE ⬇️

Simple. Easy. Fast.

Watch this insightful snippet where Martha Krejci ( business strategist and mentor) teaches about the art of speaking directly to the heart of your audience.
In order to make an impact, speak to your peoples dreams, pain points, and passion.

In Todays Email, you’ll be able to get deeper resources for:

  • 🎯 Zero in: Identify specific problems only you can solve.
  • 🗣️ Speak Up: Speak a language that resonates with them, not just industry jargon.
  • 💡 Value Bombs: Provide as much value for FREE as you can for impact.

ZERO IN
Think back on your life, to a time when you REALLY needed a guide.

  • Reflect on your life and the pivotal moments that had you researching, obsessing and trying to figure something out

For example: I obsessed over how to scale a business, how to create a self managing business, how to start a business. I obsessed over how to grow a business and establish myself as an expert in the industry.

  • THE GOLD: If someone were to have stepped into my life at that exact moment and said “Molly, I see that you are trying to grow a business- I have grown a business- let me show you what I did to make it work.” I would have jumped on board so fast and done whatever they told me to do.

  • How can you help? What pain point does your customer or client have that you can help with?
The precious understanding of your perfect person isn't just about better business – it's about helping “your person” in a very specific way. You’re there to help in a way that nobody else can.

ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM

“If I’m only talking to these select people aren’t I alienating others?”

NEWSFLASH!!!!
Everybody isn’t “your person”.
Your people (that you are here for) are going to find you, resonate with you and learn from you.
Your people will not hear you if you are talking to everybody- and worse than that, nobody will even see you, if you’re talking to everyone.
BETTER OPTION: When you show up and serve YOUR people specifically, there are MASSIVE BLESSINGS on the other side of that.
You will start receiving messages like,
“OMG, where did you come from?"
“ I needed to hear that so badly, thank you so much!”
“ I don’t even know where I found you, but man am I glad that I did, because now I know how to….”
You can change peoples lives, but you need to show up for them specifically.
You are here for IMPACT. And by IMPACT, you create INCOME!
It’s not about the money. If you’re here for the money, you are not going to win. You’re going to come across as inauthentic and YOUR PEOPLE won’t TRUST YOU!
  1. Find your people.
  2. Determine who your people are.
  3. Serve them in an impactful way!
I've got a free worksheet with your name on it – "Finding Your Perfect Person" – it's the GPS for specifically honing in on your perfect person to create meaningful engagement with your audience.

REAL TALK
From Me, To you

Here's the part where I peel back the curtain. My own Eureka moment came when I stopped trying to be something for everyone. When I got real and personal, I was no longer a voice in the void. Believe me, when you get specific, you become essential.
Do you work in your business by day and on your business by night?
Do you need help getting out of the day to day operations but don't know who would take your place?
Do you stress over cash flow & sales, feeling alone and defeated when your finances are out of whack?
I help chefs like you build self managing businesses so you can work on your business rather than for your business.
It's not easy, but it is simple.   It's not fast, but it is attainable.   It will require diligence & it may feel uncomfortable.
Nothing of value ever comes easy.  I promise it is the best decision you'll ever make!

Your Story: The Only Thing Nobody Can Compete Against

Hey there, Entrepreneurial Spirits!
This week we’re talking about the branding of you
Your personal brand is the one thing no one else in your market can compete with.
Picture it as the art of marketing yourself. It's the unique combination of skills, experiences, and personality that you want the world to see. It's the story that separates you from the rest, the personal narrative that builds a relationship between you and your audience.
“People don’t buy the product. They buy the person attached to your product.” - Chris Margolis, Storied
This week you’ll get resources for the following:
  1. Step-by-step guide to your brand-building strategy
  2. Action Exercise to find your target audience
  3. Discover your two word brand mantra
  4. Actionable tools you can use to start creating your personal brand

UNLEASH YOUR AUTHENTIC SELF
Be Yourself, Everyone Else is Already Taken. ~ Oscar Wild

Your personal brand is more than a fancy logo or an expensive website. It’s the heart beat of your business.
Introducing the face behind the brand builds a connection with your audience. They are building a relationship with you, through what you choose to share publicly. What you share cultivates trust and connection.
It can feel terrifying to think about exposing your inner workings for all the world to see.
Remember: Obstacles are the gateway to opportunities. What you’re trying to accomplish is on the other side of whatever is holding you back.

THIS WEEKS SPECIAL

Step-by-Step Guide

💡 Remember, every personal brand has a story. What’s yours? Take these steps to the heart of your brand-building strategy.
Step 1: Identify What Makes You Unique
  • Assess your skills
  • Pinpoint your niche market
Step 2: Create Your Brand Persona
  • Choose your brand's voice
  • Select the perfect visuals

Step 3: Serve Up Killer Content
  • Curate content that reflects your expertise
  • Share your culinary adventures and mishaps

Step 4: Plate Up Consistency Across All Channels
  • Remain authentic in every post and interaction
  • Stick to a regular posting schedule

Step 5: Gather Feedback
  • Listen to your audience
  • Adapt and evolve with their preferences

Dive deeper into this theme to understand why your personal brand isn't just important—it's crucial.

THE POWER OF YOUR NARRATIVE
If people like you they will listen to you, but if they trust you, they’ll do business with you. – Zig Ziglar

Why Your Personal Branding Matters

  • Visibility: Stand out in a crowded market. No two stories are the same; yours is your unfair advantage.

  • Connection: People cling to narratives. What's authentic, relatable, and raw will resonate.

  • Legacy: What you create, how you influence, and the way you weave your story through your products or services is your unique fingerprint. Nobody can compete with that.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT
Personal branding is not about you. It’s about putting your stamp on the value you deliver to others. ~ William Arruda

Discover your target audience. No fluff, just the real stuff that works!

Action Step 1: Identify Their Preferences

Look at your current customer base. What patterns do you see? What do these patterns tell you about their preferences? It's not about assuming—you've got to play detective and piece together the clues.

Action Step 2: Listen and Engage

Your audience is speaking—are you listening? Social media isn’t just for posting; it's a goldmine for customer insight. Start genuine conversations and truly engage. Ask for feedback and show that you care about their thoughts.

Action Step 3: Analyze and Adapt

Got data? Good. Now, analyze it to adapt your strategy. This is where the magic happens! Refine your approach, offerings, and message to meet the evolving needs of your clientele.

THE HEART OF YOUR BRAND
The Two-Word Brand Revelation

Your brand isn’t what you say it is, it’s what Google says it is. ~ Chris Anderson

Why Two Words?
Think about it - iconic brands are often remembered by just a few words that encapsulate their essence.
Grab a notepad, pen and a quiet corner.
Begin with this simple writing prompt:
  • How do most people see you?  How would most people describe your personality? (free write as many words as you can think of in 3rd person)
  • What do you secretly struggle with the most as a human being? (Again, write down as many words as you can think of that encapsulate your inner workings)
  • Pull from these two lists to help uncover a 2 word personal brand mantra

CARVE YOUR OWN PATH

Don’t be afraid to show the real you to the world.

People like authenticity. It is at the heart of all success. ~ Michael Corthell

Wondering how to find your voice and speak your truth? These are actionable tools you can use to start creating your personal brand:
  • Discover Your Why: Delve into your passions and expertise. What drives you? The key is to share it with the world.
  • Consistent Storytelling: Whether it's writing, speaking, or any form of content creation, keep your narrative consistent across platforms.
  • Engage Genuinely: Networking isn’t just about exchanging business cards—it's about forming real connections.
  • Add Value: Ask yourself, how can you help solve problems? That's the ticket to making an impact.

COMING SOON! In June we’ll be launching our Entrepreneurial Spirit Community— where we choose collaboration over competition.
I have been blessed as a chef and an entrepreneur, to have connected with a handful of people who have helped me on my way.   I would love to be of service, by offering support, resources, referrals and mentorship to likeminded entrepreneurs in the food and hospitality industry.
Until next time, keep it real and remember:
Your personal brand is what people are buying when they support your business & purchase your product. You are building trust and building a relationship by allowing people to get to know you through your work. Broadcast it boldly.
Keep it real :),

Decoding Imposter Syndrome

Hello you beautiful Entrepreneurial Spirits,
In this issue of our newsletter, we're peeling back the curtain on a topic that resonate with every entrepreneur's path to success.
We’re going to deep dive into the exhilarating moment before a major breakthrough when it feels like everything is out of control. It’s a feeling you may know as “IMPOSTER SYNDROME”.
HOW do you thrive as a business owner and an innovator when you feel unqualified and unsure of your own capabilities?
Every one of us, at some point on our entrepreneurial journey, has faced the sneaky suspicion that we're not quite up to snuff. This is the notorious Imposter Syndrome, and it's more common than you think!
This week, we're pulling back the curtain on the very thing that keeps many entrepreneurs second-guessing their every move. Yes, Imposter Syndrome taps many high-achievers on the shoulder, whispering doubts just as they're about to take the stage.
Here's a twist - experiencing this syndrome doesn't have to stunt your personal growth or business venture. Instead, it can be a sign that you're pushing boundaries, stepping out of your comfort zone, and ready for success.

BUT FIRST, QUICK NEWS UPDATE : ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST

If you have been following @entrepreneurialsspirit on social media, you’ve seen me posting over the last 3 months about restaurants in the Bay Area that are closing their doors. Some may say this is the aftermath of COVID, one more shakedown of our beloved mom n pop restaurants, but larger chains are feeling the quake as well.
This month has brought to light the bittersweet stories of local favorites facing the realities of cost challenges. The beloved Russian dining gem Birch & Rye and the longstanding Catch restaurant have both announced closures, reminding us of the precarious nature of the restaurant industry. 🍴💔
Their narratives are not unique; the reality is that many in the food and beverage industry are barely holding on. In times of uncertainty, it’s paramount to remember you’re not alone. If it feels scary, it’s because it is. If you fee like you’re the only one - you’re not. That’s the big take away I want to share.
You’re not alone and by practicing the art of pivoting, you very well could be a forerunner on the next big “hit”.
In Todays Email, you’ll be able to get deeper resources for:
  • What it feels like to level up
  • We're decoding Imposter Syndrome—what it is, why it sneaks up on you, and why it's not the foe you might think.
  • The Mindset of a “HIGH ACHIEVER”

WHAT LIES BEYOND THE COMFORT ZONE?

The feeling of leveling up & cue’s you may be entering a growth spurt

Ever felt like you're on the cusp of a breakthrough, yet something's holding you back? It's the stretch before the growth spurt in your business.
Stepping out of your comfort zone feels daunting but it's the breeding ground for phenomenal success.

The Pre-Level Up Jitters

What you need to remember: There are physical signals you’ll get (they may show up as negative thoughts) that are there to show you, you’re GROWING.

SIGNALS

  • You may experience self doubt.
  • You may tell yourself you’re not qualified to do what you’re doing.
  • You may feel like you want to retreat and hide.
THESE ARE ALL NORMAL!
If there is one thing you need to know- it’s this: A real Imposter, doesn’t get imposter syndrome. So there ya go. - Martha Krejci, Business Strategist

FACING DOWN THE IMPOSTER WITHIN 🎭

Understanding the beast: Why do so many of us struggle with feeling like a fraud?

Are You Feeling Like an Imposter?

You've envisioned success, you have the passion, but there are moments when a little voice asks, "Who am I to do this?"
Those doubts are not your reality.
They're the echoes of a challenge that's meant to be overcome.
Understanding Imposter Syndrome
  • Imposter Syndrome is a rite of passage on your road to greatness.
Combatting Self-Doubt
  • When the negative self-talk creeps in (which it will), recognize and remind yourself that this is the classic sign of affirmation that you are stepping into your role as an innovator.

THE MINDSET OF A HIGH ACHIEVER

What separates the dreamers from the doers, the successful from the struggling?

It's often a matter of mindset. High achievers possess a distinct set of attitudes and behaviors that empower them to push boundaries and realize their visions.

Relentless Pursuit of Goals

Great achievers are known for their tenacity and uncompromising commitment to their goals. They don’t just set objectives—they attach actions and deadlines to them and remain focused regardless of challenges.

Always Learning, Never Settling

For those who operate at the peak of entrepreneurship, the learning never stops. They read, they listen, they engage, seeking knowledge not just in success but also in temporary setbacks.

Networking and Community Building

Success is seldom an individual accomplishment. Building a network of mentors, peers, and followers is part of the high achiever’s route to success.

Adaptability and Resilience

Adaptability in business is essential—surviving, thriving, and outmaneuvering adversity. High achievers excel at bouncing back stronger than before.

How To Scale Your Business (Even if you don't know how)

HONEST Questions to generate more revenue in 2024
  • HOW do you plan to scale in 2024?
  • HOW will you grow your revenue by 15x?
  • WHAT will it take to make this work?
  • WHO do you need to help you make this happen?

HOW TO GET AHEAD OF 99% OF BUSINESSES IN 2024

Start with a concept that is already working for you, such as the following:

Use existing resources (so you don’t need to spend MORE money to start a new project that will take ages to get up and running)
Do something that isn’t a departure from your current mission
Do something that isn’t a distraction from your current strategy
Do something that is more additive than it is a departure (how are you going to enhance your current business and brand?)
In todays email, we’re providing actionable steps to help you grow in 2024
  • To Start: You MUST HAVE a solid foundation.
  • Double down on your strengths.
  • Think in terms of magnitude rather than incremental steps towards growth.
  • Things you need to do to make it work

How to Scale in 2024
To Start: You MUST HAVE a solid foundation. You need a sustainable business model in order to scale.

  1. You need a business that currently has a healthy profit margin. You don’t want your growth to cut into your profit.
Often people set their prices and as they grow, their profit DECREASES, because growth requires extra “stuff” (ie. support, material, locations, equipment etc…).

The goal is to grow your business and increase profits.
  1. You must be able to grow your business WITHOUT paid ads. You can use ads, but you shouldn’t HAVE to run ads in order to generate business for your company.
 Build relationships with people.
Know who your people are, take care of them & build community.
Build audiences, build community and THEN scale your business.
Take Away: The key is to be in service to others. Help others & you will succeed.

HOW TO MAKE MORE MONEY

Double down on your strengths.  You’re already doing something well in your business.

Ask yourself :
“What are the top 3 things that I do really well in my business that are successful actions?”
  • How can you do more of those things to make more money in 2024?
  • Do more of what works and less of what doesn’t. Simple stuff done really well, repeated over and over, works.
  • Don’t overcomplicate it.

HOW CAN YOU GROW YOUR BUSINESS 15X
Think in terms of magnitude rather than incremental steps towards growth.

It doesn’t help anybody to think in incremental improvements because it takes effort to maintain a company. It take even MORE effort to grow a company.
Try this: Write down everything it would take to grow your business by 15x.
What would you need?
  • Resources that you don’t currently have today
  • People, that don’t currently exist
  • You’d outgrow your systems

Most people would say “ OH GOSH! I can’t do that. I’m not ready. I have a bunch of stuff I need to do to get to that point.” Surprise! That’s what growing a business is!

Every excuse people have for why they can’t grow a business are the exact things you need to help grow your business

➡️ Take your objections and flip them into a prescription on how to grow your business.
➡️This is what people who win, do:  They look at the constraint & they turn it into an opportunity to achieve their goals.

Personal Example:
Rather than asking “ How can Wylder grow another 20% in 2024?” I’m now asking, “What would it take to grow our company 2.5x in a years time?”
I would dedicate twice as much time to content + advertising
I would continue building community
I would pick someone who has what I want and study what they’re doing, then copy it.
➡️Most of the time, setting a higher goal works, but how you manager your emotion around that goal, your expectations and the teams + how you react when you hit or don’t hit a goal is more important than setting your goal higher or lower.
The same concept for business, can be applied to any aspect of your life.

WHAT WOULD IT TAKE to scale your business in 2024?
Things you need to do to make it work

Write down all the reasons you can’t do it.
Next, turn those reasons into tasks to do - to grow the business
Next step: Create an org chart with no names on it
➡️….What skills do YOU need to acquire to grow your business to this degree -or- can it be “anyone” who has this skill? (Not necessarily you)

Every objection you have to growing your business can turn into a goal to grow it.

Personal Example:
Up until last year, I had been a part of every aspect of running Wylder Space. Though we had grown, we had father to go. I couldn’t imagine how to get there because I was spread so thin.
For each solution our management team presented to help me get out of the day to day, I had an excuse as to why it wouldn’t work.
One day, our COO asked me, “ What would it take to make it work?” Begrudgingly I rattled off all the things I’d need support with to do to scale our business.
Business Constraints
We need marketing and sales leadership
We need to find the right person to maintain quality and efficiency within our kitchen
We need financial resources to move our general manager into the CEO so I can focus on the vision and mission that will propel our co. forward with momentum.
We need to find automation to help with the stuff that keeps us bogged down in the day to day doldrums such as proposals.
I need an open schedule to develop a personal brand & network with other business owners, vendors, venues and planners.

This is what keeps a lot of businesses stuck. They’re constantly referencing what exists today as a reason for what cannot exist tomorrow.

  1. You are capable of hitting your goals
  2. You know how to put the organization together to hit that goal
  3. You have the people in place to hit that goal, and if you don’t, you need to make the necessary people changes to hit that target

ALL the business constraints you have are now your goals for 2024.

EXAMPLES OF CREATING DIFFERENT LEGS THAT SUPPORT THE MISSION, GOAL & GROWTH OF YOUR CO.

There are probably many things you sell within your business. Each leg of your business is an opportunity to build a bigger AND engaged community that you can be of service to.

WHO CAN HELP YOU SCALE IN 2024

Who do you need to hire to help you grow your company?

Many business owners think they need to do everything themselves, but you don’t. You DO need to assemble the teams to help facilitate the vision.
If you’re trying to grow the business in a way that you have no experience in doing so, it makes sense to hire other people to help you.
  1. Build out an org chart with the “who’s” that are needed to help you get where you need to go.
  2. Technology needs to help facilitate part of the growth or service for your customers.

That’s how big companies grow. They have the resources to do it internally, rather than grasping externally and trying to do it all themselves.

The Vicious Cycle of Price

3 Challenges of Entrepreneurship
  • 20% of small businesses fail within the first year, and 70% of businesses fail within the first ten years.
  • Cash flow management is the universal CHALLENGE for all business owners, no matter how large your company is.
  • Successful Entrepreneurship requires radical honesty. Find people you can trust to help you with your business (mentors, coaches + consultants)

SMALL BUSINESS STRUGGLES
(…an excerpt from my entrepreneurial story)

Often as entrepreneurs we feel isolated and alone. We think we’re the ONLY ones who suffer with cash flow & money management issues. The truth is, cash flow is a universal problem that plagues all business owners, even the large corporations. Many small business owners are walking on a razors edge and embarrassed to ask for help because it requires radical honesty.
My first co. was founded in 2004. I never graduated college and barely made it through high school. I offer this backstory to show you that I didn’t know what I was doing when I started my co. at 24 years old.
My business account and my personal account were 1 in the same. Reconciliation of my books was a nightmare and I was in fact fired by my book keeper for liability issues. Make no mistake about it, I was the liability.
At that time in my life, I was uncoachable, unpersuadable and unreasonable. I was so stubborn I made a mule look reasonable.
I used my overdraft protection like a line of credit and could never stay ahead of the 8 ball. I lived in the red for YEARS. Honestly, I don’t know how I made it, but I think a lot of it had to do with complete naivety that I was the owner of a failing business, after all, I was always working, people loved me and I had great reviews on yelp. (a fluffy way of deflecting & stroking my ego rather than addressing the real issue: I didn’t know how to run a business)
It wasn’t until 2019 when I waved my white flag & exercised radical honesty. I was in so much pain and so beat down that I found the courage to ask for help and got teachable.
I’m creating content to help you get on track if you’re struggling (FREE worksheets, tips + tricks). If you’re struggling, I hope you find the courage to ask for help and find support from those who have walked this path before you.
I have yet to meet a successful entrepreneur who hasn’t wanted to pay it forward. It’s what we do, because it’s what others did for us.
It’s an honor and my absolute pleasure to share the ins, outs, ups and downs of this entrepreneurial game.

As a business owner, I’m sure you remember what it’s like to get the word out about your product or service. Please share this publication with anyone you think would find value in its content. We’re doing this grass roots style and would be so stoked to see the word get out simply because you find this material helpful.

In Todays Email, you’ll get deeper resources on:
  • Market Watch: pay attention to the trends and position yourself accordingly
  • Vicious vs. virtuous pricing:  how price can make or break your business
  • The offer: Your offer = their solution (You may have a great offer, but are you in the right market?)

YOUR NEXT MOVE

Pay attention to your industry in 2024 & beyond

I’m using industry updates that are relevant to Wylder Space but I encourage you to research your own industry and how it’s applicable to your business in the coming years.
The market size of the wedding industry has increased quickly in recent years, and this expansion is predicted to continue in the next few years. It is predicted to increase from $196.58 billion in 2023 to $219.8 billion in 2024 at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 11.8%, and then to 327.19 billion in 2028 at a CAGR of 10.5%.
The Global Wedding market is anticipated to rise at a considerable rate during the forecast period, between 2024 and 2031.

I've noticed a lot more links to email newsletters from influencers on X, Instagram, and YouTube. I think this year, influencers will start pushing their newsletters before products.

VICIOUS CYCLE OF PRICING

What Most People Do….
1. Look at the market place
2. See what everyone else offers
3. Take the average
4. Go slightly below to remain “competitive”
5. Provide what their competitors provide & offer “a little more”
6. End up with a value proposition of “more for less”

In other words, you’ve got shit loads of overhead, very little profit- and you’re working like this dickens, trying to keep your head above water.

Dangerous Side of Price

➡️ For your clients:
  • If you DECREASE price, you lower their emotional investment, perceived value & perceived results.
  • You’ll INCREASE the demanding-ness of your client ( the people who pay you the least are the biggest pains in your butt)
  • The revenue for fulfillment per customer ends up going down.
➡️As a business:
  • If you decrease your price you decrease your profit
  • You decrease your value of SELF (you don’t feel worthy enough of making money)
  • You decrease your value of impact. (Because you’re lowering your price you don’t feel like you have anything of value to offer)
  • Your level of service drops because you don’t have money to pay people (which means you can’t provide the level of excellence that you want to provide)
  • You lose conviction in being able to sell your product or service because you don’t believe your product or service is worthy enough to be sold.

Virtuous CYCLE of Price

➡️For your clients:
  • Because your clients pay more, you can literally spend more money to give them an exceptional experience.
  • They get the results that they want, which gives them an increased perceived value of what you offer.

This is the beauty of virtuous pricing. It’s a self fulfilling cycle of abundance.
➡️As a business:
  • If you increase your price, you increase your profitability.
  • You’ll increase your perceived value of self.
  • Your level of service increases because you have money to reinvest in your business & talent that you bring on board to work with you.
  • You’ll believe in yourself.
  • You’ll believe in your product.
  • You’ll believe in what you’re selling which in turn will help you sell more without it feeling pushy.
  • You’ll KNOW that the value you’re offering far surpasses that of your competitors & you’ll fee like you’re making a positive impact on the world- which is the reason you started your business in the first place.

This is the first of a series we’ll be writing about, diving DEEP into the psychology of advertising.

The Offer
How to make offers so good, people feel stupid saying no

The Offer: The starting point of any conversation to initiate a transaction with a customer. What you are literallyproviding them in exchange for money.

The power of changing the offer
You may have a great offer, but you may not be in the right market.
Here’s how to pick the right market.

➡️3 levers of success
Market Offer > Persuasion
Find something that’s growing and make a really compelling offer so that you don’t need to work so hard on persuasion.
➡️4 Variables When Picking a Market Place
Pain 😒(choose something your customer absolutely NEEDS)
+
Purchasing power 💶 (do the people you’re selling to have money?)
+
Are they easy to target? 🎯 (if you’re trying to sell to sell to a specific group of people, are you advertising in the right places?)
+
Growth 📈 (try to find a market that is continually growing and if it isn’t, change your market)

PROBLEM
Make them an offer they can’t refuse.

Problem:
If you are trying to sell a product or a service & you’re having a hard time making money, then adjusting your offer is usually the issue.

You may not be charging the right price
Make sure you provide so much value for that service or product that your customers come back or refer you, time and time again.

Option 1: (Hard Way) Lower the price
Option 2: (Easy Way) Increase the value- more importantly, “the perceived value”
Why is this important?
The offer is going to be the #1 driver of success for your business.

What does it do?
It allows you to sell inside a vacuum, “ a category of one” and forces customers to make a VALUES based decision instead of aPRICED based decision.
What does this mean?
  • Customers are going to shop around and compare you to other service providers that offer similar things.
  • The goal is to make them an offer that they can’t refuse, so that they don’t even focus on the price.
  • They focus on the VALUE you can provide them.
Translation: More leads, more sales, higher prices/ profits
